I’m surprised how busy my last year of law school turned out to be.
I’ve licked so many envelopes that my tongue tastes of adhesive.
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay
So I forgot it was a postal holiday today.
SO WHY AM I IN THE CLINIC OFFICE?
I seriously do not understand one my supervising professors at the Tax Clinic.
For the first time using the clinic fax machine I was able to send a fax without the demon machine eating my document.
Weirdly this fax was 33 pages long. My usual faxes are 5 pages long.
One of these days I’m going to fall asleep listening to the IRS hold music.
I think I’m making up for the fact that I had a day off last week by spending seven straight days at the law school this week.
UGH.
Started Tax Clinic today.
Already have six clients to work on.
Once again…an A in a tax class.

But as a professor I spoke to put it, a law school could literally burn a huge sum of money and, as long as the flames were meant to teach something to the students — the craziness of the U.S. News algorithm, perhaps? — the school would benefit in the rankings.
