What really scares me is that they all have significantly cheaper health care AND education, which means Americans not only make the least, they pay the most.

well some countries don’t have minimum wage as well
The point is that these are all countries that are industrialized modern economies that are effective natural competitors to the United States. And they’re treating workers much better than us.
